OldWays Preservation Trust is a food issues think tank created to research and promote a harmony of traditional food patterns, sustainable agriculture, and healthy eating and drinking. Oldways researches whether traditional healthy eating patterns, and their familiar, delicious tastes, can serve as a countervailing force to the triple evils of junk food - increased rates of heart, cancer and diabetic diseases, loss of the joys and pleasures of eating, and chemical pollution of soil and water. A worthy and ambitious organization that's poised to become much better known in the future as America becomes more aware of what a fast food diet is really costing them.
